Lindsay Jamison and Marie Simons demystify the esoteric traditions of mindfulness through art, yoga and reiki by using simple explanations based on the latest scientific research. They will introduce you to a myriad of life skills from these traditions, which include: breathing techniques; guided meditations; gentle mindful movement; Zentangle®, and mandala making.
Their unique approach will provide students with the tools necessary to begin or enrich a positive daily habit. The results of this daily practice will help you learn how to manage stress and anxiety; increase focus, creativity and productivity as well as develop a positive mental attitude.
This class will provide you with the basic knowledge and understanding of various meditative approaches allowing you to create your own personalized path to a mindful lifestyle and a happier, healthier way of being.
